Join us Saturday June 4th at Habitat for Humanity to help build a home for this year’s Faith Build recipient, Kimberly. She is the Youth Advocacy Specialist with The Arc of Larimer County and the mother of three teenagers with disabilities. We will be helping her move into a safer neighborhood with enough room in the house for her two sons on the autism spectrum to find space alone when needed and with adequate lighting for her daughter with vision problems.
Volunteers help Habitat for Humanity keep the cost of building homes low. No prior construction experience is required. You’ll get on the job training and you won’t be required to do anything you don’t feel comfortable doing.
So sign up now online here or on Sundays at the Help Desk or contact Mark Elliott.
